Un-File Your Mind™

Old mental “files” from the past can secretly run your life… until you learn how to spot them and change them.

In this quick interactive experience, you’ll follow Jamal, a young adult who keeps sabotaging himself, and then you’ll practice the four EMOMASTERS® steps yourself:

1 Notice It
2 Name It
3 Neutralize It
4 Replace It
How to play: Read each short scene, choose your answer, and notice what your own “files” might be. At the end, you’ll unlock your Power Statement.

Level 1: When Jamal’s Brain Went Rogue

Jamal walks into a campus coffee shop. He sees Alicia — the girl he’s secretly liked all semester. She waves first.

This is his moment.

But inside his mind, an old RELATIONSHIPS file starts to shake...

Level 2: Spot the File

The RELATIONSHIPS file flies open and dumps out fears:

  • “What if you’re not good enough?”
  • “What if you get rejected?”
  • “What if you embarrass yourself?”

Question: Which fear do you think hit Jamal the hardest in that moment?

Level 3: Neutralize the File

Imagine you could pause time, put the file on the table, and talk back to it.

Which response helps you neutralize the file instead of believing it?

Level 4: Rewrite the File

To really un-file your mind, you choose what goes in the folder from now on.

Select the new truths you want in your RELATIONSHIPS / SELF-WORTH file:

Tip: You can tick all of them. You deserve all four.

Level 5: Your Real-Life “File Check”

Think of a real situation where you may have sabotaged yourself or shrunk back:

  • A conversation you avoided
  • A chance you didn’t take
  • A moment you shut down

1. Describe the situation in 1–3 sentences:

2. Which fear file might have jumped out? (Example: rejection, failure, not enough, being judged)
